About the event
Reflections: An Intimate Writing Circle is an invitation to dive into the deep practice of listening. I believe when we slow ourselves down, take a breath and be in the present moment, we hear the whispers of our inner wisdom call to us. During our time together, we will use various exercises and writing prompts to enhance journaling and reflective writing practices. This class is designed for seekers, both beginners and seasoned individuals.
In this group we practice – there is no spell check or editing here – come as you are. You are welcome here! This is a small intimate community, where kinship and connection are fostered to provide a safe space to explore the wondrous layers within.
