Join us for a donation-based community Sound Bath! This 1-hour class is wonderful for both beginners and seasoned meditators alike. Create a bit of space and rest with us! All of the proceeds for this class will be donated to Sharing Kindness, whose goal as a nonprofit is to inspire courageous conversations – around suicide and grief, and by providing education and programs for grievers and their support networks.
Suggested donation $15 - $20. RSVP is required to attend as space is limited.
