New Years Day: Rest & Renewal Workshop

Enter into 2026 with ease and intention! Join Nicole Donovan and Sheree Asdot for a tender morning of Sound + Reiki + Intention to begin a new year!

During this 90-minute class, Sheree will provide reiki energy healing

individually, while Nicole harmonizes vibrations to bathe you with the crystal bowls. In the

latter part of our session, you will be guided through an intention setting practice where you’ll

have time to write and reflect on the months or year ahead!

Pre-Registration is Required as space is limited to 8 people. We will begin promptly at 9:00 AM, please come to class 10 min early to create your nest and get settled. Wear comfortable clothes, bring your journal and get cozy with us!
