About the event
Join Nicole Donovan and Sheree Asdot for a tender morning of Sound + Reiki + Intention to
begin a new year! During this 90-minute class, Sheree will provide reiki energy healing
individually, while Nicole harmonizes vibrations to bathe you with the crystal bowls. In the
latter part of our session, you will be guided through an intention setting practice where you’ll
have time to write and reflect on the months or year ahead!
Our journey will be in the Gallery at Cotuit Center for the Arts. We will begin promptly at 9:00 AM, please come to class 10 min early to create your nest and get settled. Bring your journal, yoga mat, blankets and pillow and get cozy!
