Sacred Self Care Circle

Sacred Self-Care Circle is a monthly offering that explores areas of self-care and embodiment practices. The practice of radical self-care, being present in your body and soft within your mind, is one of the most powerful ways to enact change. When we are in alignment, we feel better. Our minds are more open, our bodies more aware, and there is room to notice the small delights that would otherwise pass us by.

We understand life can be heavy. This is a sanctuary where we support each other unconditionally, through sharing and active listening. You are welcome here. During our time together, we engage in conversation around personal and timely themes, and offer tools and resources to assist you to find your way home.
