Sacred Self-Care Circle is a monthly offering that explores areas of self-care and embodiment practices. The practice of radical self-care, being present in your body and soft within your mind, is one of the most powerful ways to enact change.
During our time together, we engage in conversation around personal and timely themes, and offer tools and resources to assist you to find your way home.
This class is co-facilitated by Nicole and Sheree on the 3rd Tuesday each month.
