Serenity Circle

Join Nicole for a restorative meditation circle designed for caregivers and anyone who feels they need a little tending to. Arrive at Lotus & Rose and pour yourself a cup of tea and let yourself be. Here, everything is already done for you. There’s no heavy lifting – just space to unravel and soften – allowing yourself to receive deep rest.

During this 1-hour class, you will be guided through the practice using various modalities including sound, spoken word, reiki healing, compassionate touch, and aromatherapy. You will be provided a yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket (or two) for comfort. If you’d like a chair, we can do that too. Doors open 15-minutes before the start of class – come early and get settled into your nest.
